The process to finding the perfect floor covering
- Visit our showroom: Visit our showroom at 8550 Michigan Road Indianapolis, IN 46268 and meet with one of our super-friendly sales representatives to learn about your flooring needs and a budget that you're trying to meet.
- Consultation: We will sit with you and listen to you explain your needs, likes, and budget. Based on this information, we will help you to find the best options in flooring.
- In-home estimate and samples review: You will be encouraged to take product samples home to see how they look in the rooms they will be installed. At this point, we will schedule an in-home estimate to meet with you to measure and review the areas for the new floor coverings. We will also be able to alert you of any possible issues with the areas involved.
- Proposal: Your estimator will pass along all of the information he gathered to a salesperson. They will send you a detailed proposal and cost estimate. Upon acceptance of this proposal, a deposit will be made so we can order your materials.
- Installation: The final step is to notify you when your materials have been received and installation will be scheduled. Our trained professionals will arrive for your scheduled appointment and perform your product installation. We won't leave until you are satisfied and excited about your new floor covering!
