What is the difference between Luxury Vinyl Plank and Luxury Vinyl Tile?

So what is the difference between LVP and LVT? The only actual difference is the shape and size of the vinyl. Planks come in long strips of varying width. In contrast, tile comes in a harder tile shape of various sizes. The LVP will be flexible and molds to the flooring, but the LVT comes a little bit harder and firmer shape.
