Keeping You Covered

Together with our authorized service provider, My Flooring Warranty will keep track of your account and send you all the neccessary reminders to schedule the required cleanings in time to keep and protect your manufacturer's warranty requirements.

Within 72 hours of having your carpeting installed, you'll receive an email to activate your My Flooring Warranty coverage. Follow the instructions in the email and print out your warranty document and be sure to keep it in a safe place.

Now that you've made an investment in your home with new carpeting, preserve the value of that investment through regular professional cleanings and proper care.

We're providing you with a spot and spill solution that cleans up to 95% of all common mishaps. When you do need a cleaning covered by warranty, refer to the service provider on your warranty certificate. They'll provide warranteed service calls that are covered by this warranty.

And when it comes time for suggested annual cleanings per the manufacturer's guidelines, the service provider will contact you to set up an appointment that is convenient for you.
